FastHired is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. FastHired will not share the Job Seeker and Employer's personal information to anyone without their prior consent.
For Job Seekers
The information that Job Seeker provided on FastHired (including the resume and contact details that the Jobseekers provided in FastHired registration) will be accessible to Employer that is registered to FastHired who purchase access to the resume database.
Use of Information We Collect
The personal data collected from a Job Seekers will be exclusively used only for the following purposes: 1) assisting him/her to find job employment with the Employers that are members of FastHired in the manner specified on our Job Seekers Service Guide, 2) keeping the registered Job Seekers up to date with news about the products and services of FastHired, and 3) providing other information which the FastHired think he/she may find of interest.
Deletion of Account/Information
The Job Seeker can completely delete his/her account and all information (including registration and resume information) from FastHired at any time. To delete his/her account, Jobseeker should log in to his/her account and select the "Delete Account "option. If a Job Seeker's account has been deleted and he/she wishes to use FastHired's services in the future, he/she must re-register.
For Employers
The information that Employer provided in his/her job postings (including the contact information he/she choose to include) will be viewable by anyone who visits FastHired and should be considered "public" information.
Use of Information we Collect
The information collected from Employer will be used for the following purposes: 1) used as a search criteria for the Job Seekers, 2) processing transactions he/she authorized, 3) keeping the registered Employers up to date with news about the products and services of FastHired, and 4) providing other information which the FastHired think he/she may find of interest.
Deletion of Account/Information
The Employer can completely delete his/her account and all information (including registration and job posting information) from FastHired at any time. To delete his/her account, Employer should log in to his/her account and select the "Delete Account "option. If an Employer's account has been deleted and he/she wishes to use FastHired's services in the future, he/she must re-register.
Who May Process Data
Job Seeker and Employer's personal information may be processed by FastHired in accordance with this privacy policy. FastHired take all reasonable care to prevent unauthorized access to such personal data. Personal information on FastHired will not be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the Job Seeker or the Employer's prior consent.
Security Measures
FastHired is maintains a strict confidentiality on all personal information we have under our control from unauthorized access, improper use and disclosure, unauthorized destruction or accidental loss. However, we cannot guarantee the protection of your data due to the nature of the Internet - FastHired is theoretically accessible by any user of the World Wide Web. Job Seeker and Employer should be aware that disclosure of personal information on FastHired it may be collected by another user and may result in unsolicited messages from other Internet users.
Access and Changes to Personal Information
The Job Seeker/Employer is entitled to access his/her own personal data (prior to confirmation of identity) kept with FastHired and may edit such personal data any time.
Upon request, FastHired will use reasonable efforts to update/correct personal information previously submitted by Job Seeker/Employer. He/She may also request that we cease processing such personal data and delete his/her personal information from our database or records.
Changes to this Policy
Revisions to this privacy policy will be posted on FastHired. It is the Job Seeker/Employer's responsibility to view this privacy policy from time to time to be aware of such change.
